Meet Our Management Team

Wetland Micro Finance Bank has a very robust and focused management team, headed by a Chief executive officer/ Managing Director. The team is responsible for the day to day administration and execution of the Board of Director’s resolutions.

Kpedi Justina A. (Mrs.)

She is the Managing Director and co-founder of the bank; she holds a B. Sc in Mathematics and an M. Sc degree in Banking and Finance of the Delta State University, Abraka. Prior to her joining Wetland Microfinance Bank, she was a pioneer staff of Enerhen Community Bank, (now known as Dolphin Microfinance Bank) in Uvwie Local Government Area, where she rose to the position of Acting Manager before joining Wetland Microfinance Bank in 2000. She is a development practitioner and a resource person in finance workshop and seminars. She also holds a Microfinance certified programme certificate by CIBN. She is a pioneer chairman, Association of microfinance Banks, Delta State and the first vice chairman, South South chapter Association of microfinance Banks.

She has attended courses, workshops and seminars locally and overseas on Micro financing and Business Management.

 

KPOKPE EDWIN (Mr.) - Chief Finance Officer

He is a certified National Accountant, under the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN). Prior to joining the bank, he worked with Enghuat Rubber industries (EPS) sub-zone, Sapele as an Accountant and Royal Savings and Loans Limited as Chief Accountant.

• Capacity Building Programme For Microfinance Bank by Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN)

• He is a certified microfinance Banker (MCB)

• Corporate Governance in Financial Institution training center, Lagos

DAVID ASEKEVBE (Mr.) - Human Resource Manager

He is a graduate of the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He graduated 1992 with a B.A (Hons) Religious Studies. He has acquired over 16 years working experience. Prior to joining Wetland microfinance bank as a Human Resources manager in 2009, he worked with O-Secul Nigeria Limited, Isoken Group, Funtola Nigeria Limited as Administrative and Group Personnel Manager respectively.

He has attended various courses with vast experience in Human Resources and Capital Development which includes Corporate Governance in Financial Institution training center, lagos. He is a certified microfinance Banker(MCB).

EZEH AGHOGHO (MRS) - Head Internal Audit and Control

She holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting from Federal Polytechnic, Auchi. She also holds a microfinance certified programe certificate of CIBN. Prior to joining the bank, she worked with Kings Knight Ltd, Ekpan as an Accountant.

She joined the bank in 2007. She is a certified microfinance Banker. (MCB)

ODUDU JULIET E. (MRS) - Head, Credit Department

She holds B.Sc in Industrial Mathematics from the University of Benin, Benin-City, Edo State and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the same University. She also holds a microfinance certified program certificate of CIBN. She joined the bank in 2008. She is a certified microfinance Banker (MCB). She has attended several courses which include:

-Effective Portfolio Management organization by LAPO
-Microfinance Operations and Regulation by West African Institute for Financial & Economic Management ( WAIFEM).-THE GAMBIA
